Why not just turn on automatic updates?
Automatic minor core updates are a good baseline and we keep them on. Plugin and theme updates can break layouts, forms or checkout, so we test them on staging first and keep a backup to roll back to.
How quickly are security patches applied?
Critical security fixes are applied as soon as they are released and tested. Routine updates follow a regular maintenance schedule, with a short report of what changed.
Our site has been hacked. Can you help?
