AI Integration

Add large language model features to your software: assistants that answer from your documents, smarter search, summaries and data extraction.

Large language models are useful when they are connected to your data and held to measurable standards. We add AI features to new and existing software: assistants that answer from your knowledge base, search that understands questions, and pipelines that pull structured data out of invoices, emails and PDFs.

We pick the model to fit the job, whether that is a hosted API, an open-weight model or one fine-tuned on your data. We build evaluation sets first, so you know how accurate a feature is before your customers rely on it.

What’s included

  • Use-case assessment

Finding the tasks where AI saves real time, and the ones where it shouldn’t be trusted.

  • Retrieval-augmented generation

Assistants that answer from your documents and cite their sources.

  • Document processing

Extracting fields from invoices, forms and PDFs straight into your systems.

  • Semantic search

Search that understands meaning instead of only matching keywords.

  • Evaluation & guardrails

Test sets, accuracy tracking and clear limits on what the model can do.

  • Integration

AI features wired into your web app, mobile app or internal tools.

Frequently asked questions

Will our data be used to train someone else’s model?

Not with the setups we recommend. We use API terms that exclude training on your data, or run models on infrastructure you control.

How do you stop the AI making things up?

We ground answers in your documents, require citations, test against real questions and design the feature so a person checks important outputs.

Do we need our own model?

Usually not to start. Most projects begin with an existing model and your data. Training a custom model makes sense once you have volume, strict privacy needs or a narrow task.
